Meeting Ganesha - A memorable OBE

People who’ve known me closely know that I have been spiritually awake and I'm actively on the spiritually journey for over 16-17 years now. Never asked for it or chased it, it just happened. I have had many different kinds of out of body experiences since then both good and bad. Sharing a fascinating one.

This happened few years ago during my sleep. I suddenly saw myself travelling out of earth and I was travelling somewhere specific. It was like I was directed constantly to move in a direction. I remember travelling quite far from earth. I saw some kind of energy. I moved around it and tried seeing what it was that’s so massive. It was almost like how you view your ceiling fan while you lie on your bed ? I was viewing this massive circle of energy which felt so blissful and equally powerful. It was not something physical or that had a body. Just a massive massive circle of energy probably 50-60 earths put together. It was pulsating and vibrating a form of life. It was like watching geometrical shapes dancing with the rhythm of a form of heart beats. I was just watching and wondering what it was and all of a sudden the geometrical shapes formed a shape I recognized. It was a heartwarming Ganesha. It was for a glimpse of time that I saw this and I suddenly started feeling I’m moving back. Very soon , I travelled back and safely landed in my body , my body being intact and still mine. I woke up feeling blessed and just wow.

I have never really been a Ganesha devotee or anything. I’m not even now. I have never wished to astral travel and I don’t wish to either. I understand the dangers of it and I have the wisdom to know these are just distractions from the actual spiritual path. These experiences have happened unintentionally and on their own. I must say this one, is one of my very memorable experiences.
