Self Sabotaging habits you should look out for

If you’ve lived a self sabotaging habit for decades , it’s now deeply embedded in your subconscious that it really tough to change. Compromising growth and choosing self sabotaging habits will create only pain in the long run. We are responsible for what we create in our reality irrespective of external circumstances.

Before we get into looking for how we are acting as our own enemy , we need to commit to being responsible for creating our happiness. If your commitment to your wellness and happiness is weak , we’ll keep trying , we’ll keep failing. At least for me , this is my drive.

Here’s 3 patterns to watch out for

  1. Consistently making excuses or procrastination. I feel this is one of the easiest pattern to recognize.
  2. Repeating the same negative behaviors despite negative consequences. Many a times , I find it harder to recognize why certain things are giving negative results , what am I doing wrong ? This usually takes some introspection
  3. Having a fixed mindset and believing in self-limiting beliefs. This one could either be the easiest or the toughest. Mostly in my observation it is the toughest because these limiting beliefs are usually acquired by the very surroundings we live in.To change these patterns , sometimes it may take you to change your network or surroundings or make some tough choices. The key here is to understand there’s nothing called as gospel truth. So the fixation to any belief as the absolute truth is a lie. We are ever evolving and ever expanding possibilities. So everything is possible.
